Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your appointment within 1 week without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your appointment. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions:

At the time a product is exchanged at the place of meeting, and it is deemed defective or not working, we shall do an exchange for the same product. In the event we do not have a spare product, we can reimburse you for the same amount paid for that product or we can ship you a replacement free of charge. In the event that the scans are unsatisfactory due to the baby not turning in the womb, covering the face, back being turned, or lack of amniotic fluid in the womb, we shall honor a one-time revisitation to perform our services at a reduced rate by way of compensation of a fuel surcharge of .50 cents per mile from Zante, CA to the client's location.
